I was in Van City not too long ago. There’s been an explosion of gang related violence there between biker gangs and a mix of asian, triad and other gangs (anyone want to guess why?). While Tijuana has got the yayo, BC has got the bud. Both border the US, which has the demand and can trade in arms. Anyway, they have these units called “Gang Squads” (which are essentially “Gang Police”) who have the right to stop and search anyone who appears to be gang affiliated… it’s not that ‘Gay Hardy’ is ‘Gangster’ in as much as it is flabouyant and flashy with it’s glitter skulls and puke prints (read: baffonish) that attracts the 5-0′s attention. Yet another reason to be dressing G Manifesto sharp.
