Marc Faber: Real Estate Investing and Renting Out Rooms To Concubines

Listen to this whole interview or start listening at 2:45

Marc Faber: “I was in Phoenix the other day, and then the taxi driver took me to a nice hotel, The Fairmont, and then he told me about how the person he drove right before me told him that he just bought a 5 bedroom house for $120,000. Where in the world can you buy a 5 bedroom house for $120,000 (good question?).

I would buy it, live in one bedroom and rent out 4 bedrooms to concubines!”

Faber is a straight old-school G.

Here is Faber talking about La Jolla, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Neighborhoods I am not all unfamiliar with.

And here is Faber talking about Facebook. But more importantly he spits Game at the Asian interview girl.

The concubine move is spot on G. But the rental period should be max 1 week.

The best part (following the 2:45 spot) is the outro — I could definitely seeing in make a John Stewart ‘Moment of Zen’ clip:

Male anchor: Thanks for the information about the concubines… Most important, most important.
Female anchor: Now I’m feeling uncomfortable *awkward laugh*

Faber is definitely G. Ski champ as a young man, then on to boosting his cash flow and living the high life. He has a tast for good wine, fast bikes, and international assortment of women. I’d click on the Faber links, but I’m at work right now, and the boss might not like it.

Oh yeah, I’m the boss. I keep forgetting. Maybe I’ll email them out to my crew. They need to some motivation.

Haven’t seen those Faber clips. Loved the concubine bit.
