And all is right in San Diego now.

Whoever is in charge of making The Del Mar Racing Season only 6 weeks should be shot. It should go all year long. And allow smoking everywhere. And push back last call till 6am. And open up some Modeling agencies. And serve late night haute cuisine way past ten. And don’t allow Ed Hardy shirts.

We do all that, and San Diego would be close to paradise.

ILL BLOG! I’m TC Nash and I manage a brand new hip-hop group named “VAMOOSE” and according to the PACE PRESS “For those tired of waiting years for Outkast’s Andre and Big Boi to go half on a record, consider Vamoose your new favorite substitute”! We just finished shooting the video for our song “Step Out” and we just released the first installment of our “Do It Over” mixtape. It would be a great video and mixtape for you to post on your site.

    Check it out below.

Opening day at the Del Mar Racetrack featured a parade of elegant creatures bred to be winners. And then there were the horses, too.

I spent about 6 weeks in SD back in ’06. La Jolla was nice but the scene is horrible for a reformed G with a wife and kids.

    brainjuice,

Agreed. Even my Godfather calls the place “boring”.

Why is it horrible for reformed G with a wife and kids?

(Just curious, as I don’t have a wife and kids)

I say reformed because I’ve never really ceased my G lifestyle, I’ve had to revise my activities and invest more in my children than other interests. I don’t like the g clubs there, but I do like OB (Ocean Beach) and all it has to offer. Also, the prospects for scooping black women are slim to none, not that I’m looking of course 😉

    Dick,

    Gotcha.

Agreed, the clubs are horrible. La Jolla is nice though. OB is a great place to score large amounts of weed (and I mean large…100lbs and up).

Yeah, San Diego is no Chocolate City thats for sure. Its a one flavor town…Vanilla.
